Student ministry consists of spiritual development programming for students in grades 6-12 where all are invited to fully participate in any and all programs.  We try to strike a balance between fellowship, mission and education.  Check it out!

Mark you calendar for Wednesday, July 11 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM  – Jungle Golf (weather permitting)

Rising 9th graders and above welcome!  Bring $5 and friends to walk over to 21st Street.  


Watch for other outings this summer: boating, beach volleyball, mini golf, etc.

Vacation Bible School Volunteers Needed

 July 16th – 20th  from 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM daily

Rising 7th graders and above needed to help children discover how Jesus rescues us through life’s storms! Shipwrecked will be filled with incredible Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear, touch and even taste! Fun gizmos, team-building games with new friends, cool Bible songs, and making fun things are just a few standout activities that help faith sail in to real life! Children will rotate through fun stations daily and will be encouraged to look for ‘God Sightings!’

General troop information:

Troop 378 meets weekly at VBUMC on Thursday nights in the Fellowship Hall from 7:15 PM – 8:45 PM unless otherwise announced. We invite all boys in 6th grade and up to stop by and see who we are and what we are about. We also invite adults of any age to join the volunteer leadership in helping shape the lives of young boys into young men.
