40 Days to Joy

This series focuses on the connection between our thoughts, attitudes and how we experience life.  Based on Tommy Newberry’s book, “The 4:8 Principle,” we learn how taking control of our thoughts leads to greater joy in life.

And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.  Philippians 4:8
